It will cost you nothing to work with our contingent agency. You can compare our candidates to your current candidate pool. A fee will be charged only if you choose to hire a candidate we have presented to you. We conduct searches, specific to a
clients need, much like a retained search, in addition to tapping into existing resources of pre-qualified candidates.

- We check references of candidates to verify their prior work history and character.

- We will close the candidate prior to an offer being accepted. You will be confident
that once an offer is extended, it will be accepted. Our success rate for offers and acceptance is 95%. We will invest a great amount of time on the front end eliminating unqualified candidates before they get to the offer stage.
- Once the candidate is placed with your company, we will follow-up with you to verify
the employee is performing well.
Our fee structure:
- 1% per $1,000 of base annual salary with a cap of 25%
- Net 30 days payment terms = 45 calendar day replacement guarantee. If the candidate leaves within the first 45 days, 100% of the original fee will be credited toward the replacement candidate (conditional on the replacement candidate search commencing within three weeks of the termination of the originally placed candidate). The guarantee of replacement is valid only if payment is received within thirty (30) calendar days from the start date of the original candidate.
