Due to our geographic location, we specialize in uncovering superior Midwest talent, but we have established networks that allow us to tap into apparel professionals nation-wide. On the IT side, we network and recruit IT professionals in Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois to meet our clients needs.

• Client: Over the last decade our Personnel Consultants have worked for global companies and have had to qualify and secure apparel and IT recruiters to find talent for those companies. This primary research has allowed us to study different strategies to earn the business, present candidates, close the deal and establish mutually beneficial long-term business relationships. We have a very clear picture of how we need to operate to maintain successful partnerships with our clients.
• Candidate:  Our Personnel Consultants have hands-on experience in the field. We have earned our candidates respect because we speak their language; we ask relevant questions to qualify them and educate them on their marketability as we know the market and the positions they are seeking to secure.
